On the upper floor, the first bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a separate WC and a television. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a separate WC. The maisonette is presented under the reference "SC H01" and is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI.
