The Brimborion gîte is ideally located in a quiet area of Mimizan-Plage, and the beach or cycle path are just a 5-minute walk away. Located on the ground floor of a 1200 m² enclosed garden, this rental offers: - a separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, gas oven, and fridge-freezer; - a living/dining room with a TV area and reversible air conditioning; - a shower room with a shower tray and a washing machine (hair dryer and hair straightener provided); - two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed). An additional person is welcome in the cabin bedroom (1 single bed), €10/day. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, and changing table. You will enjoy the approximately 30 m² east-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and an awning. The owner's private barn is located on the property and is not accessible or occupied. You will be charmed by the practicality of the house, its outdoor space, the shade of the pine trees, and its immediate proximity to the ocean.
