For reserved parking, the 500 N Broadway Lot and Huron Garage are the two closest options - Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood and 2-hour time limits apply from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday. - Loading zones are often available directly outside the building
Other things to note: - Only one set of keys will be provided. It`s extremely important to handle them carefully as the apartment door locks automatically, copies are very difficult to obtain, and lockout fees of $180 will be passed on if incurred - The bedroom has roller shades, however guests can expect some morning light to filter through the windows. For most people this won`t be a problem but light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask
Early check-in: - We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee - Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in - All requests are subject to availability

With some easy enhancements this place could be great
We came for summer fest, and the location of this property was awesome! At the base of the building is a great little restaurant called the swinging door which offered a quick or late night option for food and drink. Communication with the host was easy and they accommodated an early check-in, which was really helpful for our infant! We felt the property lacked overall value for what we were paying for. These items could very easily be addressed to enhance a guests experience. For example: we stayed for five days and we had one towel per guest. This forced us to have to do laundry halfway through. Second, no basic items in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. If you had to cook at all (which we did) you would’ve had to have bought these items which we didn’t realize until after we grocery shopped. Having stayed at hundreds of vacation rentals, these are normal stock items that you find. We were also given one trash bag for the entirety of our stay, which we used on the first day. I understand, not wanting guest to potentially steal these items, however rationing important items affects the ease of travel. Lastly, and probably the largest item, would’ve been the quality of the furniture in the property. The beds were extremely loud whenever you would move in them or turnover due to their cheap construction and the choice of living room furniture did not accommodate for adults comfortably. For 3600 we felt all of these items needed addressing.
