Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good stay here. The parking garage was unavailable to us during our stay due to the condo association doing scheduled cleaning and maintenance in it. Which was too bad because there was only two-hour parking allowed on the streets surrounding the building during the day. There was also no overnight parking in the area unless we made an online account and filled out an application for it with the local police. Not a big deal to do that, but still an unexpected hassle for us, and one that could’ve been avoided had the owner told us that an amenity he advertised was not actually available.For the apartment itself, there was no air conditioning in the bedroom - only a broken floor fan. Our passcode to get into the apartment also changed unexpectedly halfway through our stay, which was an unpleasant surprise that left us locked outside in the hallway for a good amount of time. The owner of the unit was not reachable for any of these issues. He did not respond, and has still not responded, to any messages or requests to remedy the issues we were having or had. However, even though he ignored all our messages about the multiple problems we had during our short stay, he did make sure to send us a message asking for a 5-star review so that we didn’t hurt his business.
