I was a little hesitant about entering from the alley, but once I saw how spacious, clean and organized the trash bins were and no traffic or noise in the alley, I was satisfied and so were my brothers. I was concerned because my mother is in a wheel chair. The ramp and accessible space in the bathroom worked out very well. This is definitely a place I would revisit. I also told some friends and families in Milwaukee about it just in case they have family visiting. The friends and family that visited while I was there were very impressed with it. Met Mrs. Steinburg several times and she was very friendly. My brothers met Mr. Steinburg and he was very friendly also. It was a great time with family and friends!!!

We stayed for the weekend to attend concert. Everything went well. Uber worked great to get to the concert and back with no issues. The place was clean. the Property manager was helpful with ideas of where to go for meals. check in and out went well especially as we arrived very late at night and needed no assistance.

We really enjoyed the property once we got inside. The house is incredibly clean and tidy and had 4 beds, which we needed. Unfortunately, the listing is in a rough area of Milwaukee, which caught us by surprise. If we had known more about the neighborhood pre-trip, that wouldn't have been a problem - we were just caught off guard. In any event, we ended up having a great stay!

This house is exactly how it looks in the pictures. It was very easy to get ahold of the hosts if we had questions. Directions for anything we needed to know were on little glass cards set out in various spots (usually near what they were in reference to)- this was perfect because let’s be real, who reads the stuff posted all over the fridge at other places?! Anything else you might need was nicely put away with labels. Basically all we brought were groceries, anything needed in the kitchen was provided. Extras of any bedding were easy to find. We felt safe and didn’t have trouble with anything. Highly recommend!

This was perfect for our group of 5. It was very clean and comfortable for what we needed. Having a parking spot steps from the entrance was convenient. Note that this unit is accessed from the alley. I would recommend this unit.

Our weekend was great! The location was 5-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do! Really turned out great! I normally struggle sleeping at hotels, etc…I was out almost immediately in the queen bed each night! Thanks so much for sharing the rental!

A very tidy detached guesthouse with modern furniture, fixtures. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Great location a 15-20 minute walk from the Milwaukee River/Lakefront Brewing (which has a very popular Friday fish fry), the Deer District and Kilbourn Town. Nearby Pete's Fruit Market is a full grocery store with a great meat counter and reasonably priced produce. They were putting in a fresh hot food counter when I was there. Hosts were super responsive and provided clear directions to find and get into the house.

check-in process was super easy and simple, property was extremely clean and smelt fresh, certain supplies like laundry detergent were provided, beds were comfy, overall pictures were accurate; me and my friends had a great time at this location for my birthday, and we were fairly close to the clubs. would highly recommend to others.
