"Downstairs is stark, blank walls, no chairs, two stools and very small table in kitchen for 2 people at best. Rust on stove, dishwasher, faucets inW/C. Back door does not lock easily (need to see detailed instructions). No hot water at taps even after following lengthy instructions and leaving the water heater on for hours."

"Scenic location just outside of Doonbeg and convenient to Kilrush and Kilkee. Fabulous great room on the second level with tons of seating and access to the deck outside with ocean views. Good showers and comfortable beds. Nice to have a utility room with washer, dryer and dishwasher behind a closed door. Very comfortable house- we enjoyed our stay a lot. Patrick is an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful. "

There are several great pubs a short distance, and the Cliffs of Moher are just a short drive away. While the home has an older style inside, it’s very well maintained and spotlessly clean.Sharon, the owner, was fantastic—so accommodating to our requests, flexible with our early check-in, and always quick to respond.
