"A step-back-in-time and off-the-beaten-path small hotel with all the quintessential character, charm, and quality service you could hope for. The cooked-to-order breakfast was included in our stay and very tasty. Comfortable bed and great shower. This place is truly memorable in every way."

"Delightful. The hostess goes out of her way to assist walkers. Little things, like putting transferred luggage into guests’ rooms, mean such a lot at the end of a long day’s walking. Delicious scones on arrival and very nice breakfast. Lots of tips for the West Highland Way."

"Bien. Buen location.

It was the cheapest option we found, as our goal was hiking, and we just needed a place to sleep. However, several issues made our stay mediocre to poor. "My wife and I had a lovely one-night B&B stay at Trossachs Barn & Cabin. The cabin provided a charming and peaceful setting, making it a delightful place for a short break. The breakfast was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. Our host, Tony, was very friendly and helpful, offering lots of useful information about the local area and places to visit. His warm welcome and local knowledge added greatly to the enjoyment of our visit. An added bonus for guests staying in the cabin is access...

"Room was a bit dusty staff were friendly and helpful"

"Rooms were nice and clean with a nice feel of new and old bits and pieces which we liked. Staff (Calum) family run hotel was lovely very helpful on any knowledge about Callander what to do and see and always had time for a blether. Breakfast was lovely and tasty both mornings, nothing was a problem and went that extra mile to make the stay a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. 3 Adults in adjoining rooms."
