This place is awesome. The host was very responsive to my questions. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The property caretakers were fantastic. Mark even found us some fresh eggs and introduced us to the horses. The location was peaceful and the house fit all of us (5) comfortably plus a dog. Had everything we needed to cook dinner and having a ice machine was awesome. Definitely will stay here again. Thanks to Mark, Theresa, and Kim for a fantastic stay.

Pet accomadating for first floor, friendly and helpful host (great to meet Mark and thanks for the eggs!), plenty of space to roam around and explore a bit, even the livestock is friendly ;) Great budget location for those who appreciate country living at a farm's pace with nearby hiking trailhead access.

Very cool spot. Kids loved the farm, they got a chance to feed the animals and learn all about them. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the country are 35 minutes away. Hosts were great. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this spot, we'll be back.

We enjoyed the horses and donkey, but not the property. It is a very secluded area which is great that is away from the hustle and bustle. However after a few days in my husband and I didn't realized that the property managers would be entering the small front room with the washer/cleaning supply room what seemed daily (attached to the tiny home in front). It drove our dog insane stirring him awake to bark which caused us all to be unable to sleep past a certain hour. The property managers let us know they would try to be quiet. The wake up call was very disturbing 6-8am. James was very kind sharing many different produce. We appreciate the gratitude from him. However we expected a little more privacy and peace. It was a little shocking to not feel comfortable even opening the blinds because their RV is right outside the tiny house and to see them just sitting outside facing right towards the property. Well we just pull the blinds and called it a day. However, that wasn't the only issue. The property just was too hot in the loft for comfort. We had to resort to buying air mattresses just to sleep on the floor just to manage not sweating while sleeping. On the rainy days it was much more manageable but not livable. We have to rent multiple other places (unbearable inadequate cooling). Your property would work well for the winter/and spring. We left the place clean spent hours cleaning with photos. We were told it was a mess after checkout (lies) RENTER BEWARE!! Unethical.

Quiet and Serene

Had about a week in the property and enjoyed it very much. The horses are a nice touch and relaxing to watch and pet. Place is well decorated and comfortable. Good communication and the caretakers are right next door if you need anything.

Girls Weekend

We turned a long weekend into a mini-vacay, and this home was perfect in its privacy, comfort, and proximity to the beach. The home was welcoming, had everything needed for cooking and clean-up, and our morning coffee routine quickly included a chat with the horses. Highly recommend this home!

Very clean. Worked out well for us to just need somewhere to rest our eyes between wedding activities. Would not stay here for a vacation. For a couple who wants to get away without the hustle and bustle and have peace and quiet this would be a nice setting.

This place was wonderful! The hosts could not have been more accommodating. The lodgings were clean comfortable and had everything we needed to make us feel welcome during our stay. If you enjoy a country setting this is your place!

Second visit kidt as great as the first

I stayed at this property in March and loved it. So when I decided to visit my daughter I was so happy it was available! The location is great and is a very short drive to restaurants and beaches. You cannot best the beds for comfort! Loved petting the animals! Nice amenities. Responsive hosts. Would highly recommend!!!

Fun on the farm

Great place to stay! Had all the amenities needed and super comfortable beds. Loved being able to interact with the animals. Great communication, easy check-in process, and super nice hosts! Location is awesome. Would highly recommend.

Peaceful escape

This was a much needed trip to check out of real life and enjoy the beach, sun, and beautiful horses. This place as amazing. Mark and Theresa were so sweet and helpful. The house was perfect for our getaway.

Quiet and removed from most Florida tourist spots. Still a short drive to activities. Loved having the horses (and Donkey) next door. Loved being pet on. Merlin really stole my wife’s heart. Next time hopefully it’s cooler so we can get out more but the split air unit works well. Nice relaxing spot.

It was very relaxing and very homey reminded me of where I used to live beautiful night skies and very kind people that took care of everything for us and everything was clean it is a lil drive to the beach but I loved it there, as well as my wife and child did as well. A good place. Only improvement needed is better climate control. The beds being upstairs in the loft, the temperature at night was very high and trying to get to sleep was difficult because of that. Another thing to keep in mind is that this is a rural area, and as such, there are chances of rifles, shotguns and pistols being fired. One night, two rifle shots woke me up at 2AM, and then at 3AM there was another rifle shot that rung out. I grew up in the country and wasn’t worried. I’m guessing this was a night hog hunt taking place.
