"The location was perfect for our plans. The room is clean with all the amenities required and parking spaces were no problem. The host was able to inform us in checking in/out procedures etc. There is a binder inside the room for the basic info. We like the old house but we will probably reserve another room in that building on our next visit because on the last night we notice how dark it can get outside the door, I guess that's why it's called the "Hideaway"."

"The property was easy to find and in a good location. The pictures shown are out dated with noticeable downgrades to the over all quality. It appeared clean at first glance but some of the Linens were dirty when we got there as well as a cockroach and slug issue in the house. Communication with the staff was fast but not the best quality."

"We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Sound Getsways . The location is convenient to beaches , stores , dining and entertainment . The property looks to be recently remodeled . The fenced outdoor space is larger than any VRBO I have seen with plenty of area for our 2 small dogs to run around in . There is a nice propane grill on the patio . All in All a positive experience."

The home did not feel clean—our socks were visibly dirty after walking around the house, and the washing machine had mold in the soap dispenser.The living room had only one couch and two desk chairs, and the couch was broken. "Great host. Easy to contact and responds quickly. One of the best places I've stayed. It's a drive to the beach but it's very easy to get to. No issue with the shared yard. Would definitely stay again."
