"Place is nice and is as described. There were a few small items that could be fixed. Two spots on the walls had been repaired but not repainted. What looks like a light switch, actually turns the A/C off and on and would be great if it was labeled. Lighted mirror in one bathroom did not work. The lowest shelf over the sink looks like something spilled but never cleaned up properly. "Host was wonderful to deal with,rooms were clean, and full of all the necessary items. The only complaint was that the back yard was in no way representative of the photos. Yard was totally unusable."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was well suited for our group and the lower apartment turned out to be perfect as a separate space for activities. The host was responsive and everything was as expected. The location was quiet yet reasonable to "historic Roswell" and very convenient to stores.
