"We had a fabulous couple of days here, from the personal welcome as you arrive and the glass of Prosecco as you check in, the staff were all very welcoming and work hard to make the stay special. The spa, the food, the cocktails were all great and thank you for our upgraded room, we loved it."

"Room on top floor. Lift was working. Twin room, room was a bit tired and could do with redecoration. Facilities were fine, tea and coffee in the room. "Lake nice. Rooms like any Ibis but too expensive. Small swimming pool we didn't use it. And paying extra for amenities and Internet it's just a terrible idea. Why don't they just ad 15 pounds to the price of the room and don't act like a low cost airline. The resort is not low cost. Brilliant lake ..."
