The Pink-ish Palace!

I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Clay was so supportive, gave us a welcome guide prior to our stay, and communicated so well with us. The home was clean, comfortable, and close to shopping for last minute items. The amenities within the development were amazing and my son and his friend stayed in the pool almost daily. We only had a 50 minute drive to Ocean City, Maryland and all of the attractions. Since we were there on Resurrection Sunday, the Easter bunny stopped by and we did a little Easter egg hunt for my boys. It was a ton of fun, but if you find an egg while renting, now you know why. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with the VRBO community. You and your style of hosting is all that’s right with short term rentals. Kudos!!!

Better than Expected

Our vacation home was well located, extremely clean and very well equipped. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. The property owner had communicated extremely well and provided all details necessary to ensure that our stay was seamless.

Labor Day get away

We spent 4 days/3 nights at the property and wished it was longer! Highly recommend a week. Great for families/groups who need only 3 rooms though there is a pullout couch it’s in an open area upstairs. Not too big of a deal for our teen, though. Not only is the property stunning, its location is excellent. The house had everything you need, maintained well, and decorated beautifully. Clay was so helpful and responsive. The Peninsula activities on site are superb and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Great trail paths, pools, bay access. We even had a surprise fireworks shows from the Bay. It was an easy drive to Rehoboth Beach for our beach days. Will be returning!

Delightful house in a beautiful community

We had a wonderful time staying in this property. All house amenities listed in the posting were there and the decor was lovely. It was very quiet and convenient to get on the nature trail. The owner was very quick to respond to any issues that arose and promptly resolved them. We loved The Peninsula amenities (top notch golf course, wonderful pools, tasty food in the restaurant) and the staff were so friendly. We would definitely return.

Great Stay!!

We were very impressed with the house, community, and the property owner. The house was beautiful and right on the golf course. Although the pools weren't open during our stay, we can tell that there is plenty of activities to keep one active in the summer months. Can't wait to come back.

Wedding weekend to remember!

We absolutely loved this house and the fact that our in-laws were right next door! To be able to walk across the driveway and visit made it so convenient. We were minutes away from the wedding venue (Baywood) and shopping. It was a weekend that none of us wanted to see end!!! I would love to book again in the future!

Family Time

This is a beautiful, peaceful property. The interior is decorated beautifully. Due to rainy weather, we decided to cook there one night and invited our local family over. The kitchen was so well stocked that we were able to cook for 9 with no problem. I would go back again with no hesitation.

The house is beautiful and clean. It is well kept and cared for and the owner is very quick to respond. He was very helpful in our planning and his welcome packet is amazing. It really leaves no questions. Will be booking again at one of his properties!

Perfect place to unplug with family

We had a wonderful time at this property! Clay was very easy to communicate with, the house was spacious and the surroundings peaceful. We had a chance to enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool and the Peninsula was convenient to day trips to Rehoboth and downtown Lewes. My husband is a fitness fanatic and was a fan of the gym. The kitchen and outdoor grill were great for cooking/staying in a few nights. Highly recommend!

Bring some sweatshirts

Had a great time in this beautiful home. The only negative was the downstairs thermostat had to be set really low (65) for the upstairs to be slightly cool. We went to a local store to get sweatshirts and sweatpants to be able to comfortably hangout downstairs in the common areas. In all fairness it was in the 90's all week and the ac was working hard. Property owner could change the temp remotely so when we decided a comfortable temp was 70 for us, it was back down to 67 when we noticed it started feeling really cold again. The positives were the wave pool and the bikes! We enjoyed a bike ride every night. A great place to spend time with family just bit chilly!

July at the Peninsula

The Peninsula is a beautiful community having a great layout with the two outdoor pools, bike riding, and golf. The spacious house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bike with the child carrier was awesome and got a lot of use. Owner Clay, was quite helpful with great information about the area. With 5 golfers in our group, we enjoyed the view from our deck of hole # 4. Four of us played nine holes in the late afternoon. We had great weather and didn't use the indoor facilities, but the indoor pool, gym, and playroom options were impressive. It was a great, fun family gathering.

Excellent accommodations/relaxing get away

This property was beautiful. Very clean and had everything you could need - dishes, bikes, drying rack, tons of DVDs, etc. Clay was wonderful to deal, very quick responding to questions. The Peninsula is a wonderful resort, the wave pool is a hit with the kids. Quiet and peaceful community. We have stayed at the Peninsula multiple times and this home by far had the best temperature regulation. Many other homes get exceptionally hot in the afternoon. I would totally rent from Clay again and happily stay at this property again.

Top 5 favorite places we’ve stayed so far!

Such an awesome experience! The home was perfect and so comfortable for our family of 4! The bikes and bucket ball and all of the things that were available to us in the home made our stay that much more enjoyable, especially for our children! The home met all of our expectations and had everything that we needed. I was extremely thankful for the coffee pot! Clayton was wonderful and responsive! The home was in a great location. We will be back!

Stunning VRBO In A Hidden Oasis!!!

Absolutely stunning home to stay at and relax and recharge. The entire place was spotless from top to bottom. It was enough space for us and our 3 children. The grounds and amenities were so lovely. The nature preserve is a must see. The pools are beautiful and serve drinks and food poolside (need I say more)? Getting to the beach was a short drive away and coming home to this magical little spot made each day so special and each night so fun. Even on the rainy days there were enough games and things to do nobody was bored. Communication with the owner was outstanding, easy and a breath of fresh air. Hands down the best VRBO we have stayed at yet.

Best vrbo rental ever!

We had bad weather for our stay and there was no better place to be ‘hole up’ for a day…..by the fireplace watching old movies…eating Carmel corn from Dollies in Rehoboth. Couch is great for naps. The place is beautiful…carpets in the bathrooms…lots of pillows….owner is very responsive…check in is seamless. Looks even better than the photos…conveniently located…easy to feel at home. Thank you for sharing this property with us. Loved it! ❤️❤️

Awesome family weekend getaway!

We visited in April and really enjoyed our stay. Clay was an amazing host who was very responsive before and during our stay. The house was perfect for our family and it had everything we needed. We made good use of the included bikes and really enjoyed cruising around the neighborhood visiting all of the amenities. We will be back soon. Highly recommended!
