With a unique lake view and ample space, this home comfortably accommodates two large families without feeling cramped. The three spacious downstairs bedrooms feature luxurious king-size beds, while the upstairs offers two large bedrooms for the kids, complete with a fun playroom that boasts a 75-inch TV and shuffleboard.



    The heart of the home is undoubtedly the dream kitchen, equipped with high-end Subzero/Wolf appliances, including a glass door fridge, a 36-inch gas range, and a full-size double oven. Whether you're whipping up a family meal or enjoying a cozy night in, this kitchen is sure to impress. After dinner, gather around the indoor gas fireplace or head outside to the outdoor gas fireplace, where you can enjoy a movie on the 65-inch screen while seated comfortably with friends and family.



    The outdoor space is just as inviting, featuring a massive firepit by the lake that can accommodate 6-8 people, perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars. There is a paddle board available for guest to enjoy time out on the water.     -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

    -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Lots of space to enjoy family time in a very relaxing atmosphere. State of the art upgrades throughout the house in the kitchen and bathrooms and a gorgeous back deck to enjoy watching tv outside. Definitely staying here again! Host was always available to answer questions.

Beautiful home, nice view, nice location

Close to Maggie Valley and Waynesville, but out of the way of the crowds. Lovely view, huge decks. Home needs a few minor tweaks (mattresses replaced, Wifi improved, cable TV fixed) but overall a wonderful place. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property with amazing views! It was perfect for our party of 9. Only complaint was water pressure in the showers but the bath in the main bedroom was amazing.

Such an Awesome Property

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and this house was perfect. So many upgrades and the owners did a great job of making sure every detail was taken care of. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed and more. The beds were all very comfortable. Can’t say enough great things about it! Thanks for the perfect stay!

Comfortable and serene - luxurious accommodations

We loved staying at the Carolina Cabin. The setting was peaceful and serene. The house was outfitted with every accommodation you think you might need, and even ones you didn't know you needed (hello, heated toilet seat). The furnishings and finishings were top notch, and felt very luxurious. It was comfortable and warm, and even accommodating for the kids. It was a treat for our family to stay here, and I'd love to come back again.

Peaceful and Beautiful views

This house was perfect. Views from house is amazing. It was very peaceful and away from all city noises. House was well equipped with all necessary items for our stay. The game room was awesome for kids and wrapped around patio was awesome for chit chat while you sip coffee in the morning. Only thing we missed was outdoor fire pit.

The Carolina Cabin was FANTASTIC in all respects. It had every kitchen utensil you could imagine and the deck was perfect for us!

Nice house

This house was beautiful and clean. It was big but cozy. My kids loved playing hide and seek in the house. Beautiful views and quiet neighborhood.

The house is beautiful, spacious, and the views are great. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked. Plenty of bathrooms. One bedroom with bath upstairs; 2 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs. Another downstairs bedroom was a "bunk room" - 2 sets of bunk beds - this room has NO windows - gave it more of a tomb feel. House has 1 television on each floor - each above the fireplace - uncomfortable placement for viewing. The televisions also only had a couple of channels for viewing. The game console that could have been used to play the DVDs available in the home did not work - it was missing connection cords. There is a game room - only accessible through the garage. The air hockey table was broken. Not an issue for us - didn't want to go up there or use the table. Our main concern was the lack of wifi. We were unable to use the wifi - for work or entertainment. Multiple calls and texts were made to VACASA who assured us the issue would be addressed and fixed. It was not. The other issues we asked for help with were also ignored. This is very disappointing as it seems VACASA has lots of rental properties in the area. Again, the house is beautiful, but due to the lack of response from the rental agency I cannot recommend staying in this property.
