  • A comfortable holiday home overlooking the river and harbour just three miles from a sandy beach.. Ground Floor:

    Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

    Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet

    First Floor:

    Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player, Patio Doors Leading To Balcony

    Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Tumble Dryer. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Sitting-out area. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Private parking for 1 car; additional parking for 1 car nearby. No smoking. Please note: The balcony balustrades are 1 metre high, with stairs leading to the riverside.. This lovely holiday cottage overlooks the river and harbour with 3 miles of sandy beach. A quiet village with a coastal lagoon, water skiing, sea and fly fishing, golf, horse riding, and walks nearby. Tour the Lake District along quiet roads, lack of crowds and peaceful setting. Shop and pubs 100 yards.

Its our second time staying here and it won't be our last.

Its our second time staying here and it won't be our last. The location is fantastic, the owner ensured we had everything we needed for our short stay, the cottage is well equipped, clean, comfy and the balcony looking out over the harbour a fantastic place to sit, drink, eat with family in the sun looking out to sea. There's a shop, pub, chip shop, ice cream place and a beach what more could you ask for. We took our young dog and he had the best time running up and down the beach. We'll be back next year.

Fantastic holiday home

This lovely little holiday cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The owner is friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely week in this quiet little village. Just what we wanted.
