"The caravan is on a very clean delightful site. You are in the lakes but feel like you are on a beach holiday, so best of both worlds. Nice plot near the Children's park. Tidy caravan with everything you need. Met the staff on site, very helpful. Gorgeous homemade ice cream hut near the beach and has its own bar with entertainment. Owner excellent with communication, everything you need for a family holiday. All you need in Millom including Tesco's and eateries. Food deliveries even to caravan....

"Check in was quite easy. The email provided all of the details required. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There were also some games and toys for our granddaughter to use. Nice quiet location in the Lake District."

"Beautiful location, nice and quiet. Perfectly presented, clean and cosy. Everything we needed for a cycling holiday. We stored the bikes in a garage. Stone throw from Hawkshead pub and shops. The owner is very friend and extremely helpful. The hot tub is quite a treat in the evening. "

"This place is not about the cleanliness or hygiene, it about getting back into the natural world, seeing Mother Nature at her best, taking advantage of the lovely wilderness. It was so peaceful and tranquil, the sound of the stream next to us was amazing! Would definitely recommend! Currently looking for my own hut I’ve lived it so much!"

"We had a great holiday at the lake's. The lodge was lovely, but somethings could be better, the freezer compartment was tiny, and iced over, so the door sometimes wouldn’t close properly, The beds were so comfy, hot tub was lush. We visited coniston lake for the first time, it was the hottest day, my daughter would have loved to have gone in the lake, but we never took costumes or towels, so they went on the self drive boats instead. We had 2 very rainy days, can’t book the weather, so had to...
