"When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."

"I found the price for a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit very very reasonabl. Elizabeth, NJ was just a short train ride to NYC and I saved a lot of money by staying there. The unit was in a relatively new building complex. The surrounding community was working class but that was never a concern in the 5 days I was there. There was a little confusion because there are 3 entities involved...EvonifyLLC, Verbo and Expedia. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the city."

"Worst stay of my life. This place is in the middle of an industrial park, surrounded by businesses. It also had construction going on so the lobby was a construction zone. There was only one person who worked there to deal with all the people. Our room was very cold, my daughter went to the front desk to ask for a couple of extra blankets when the heat failed to warm up the room ( we turned up the thermostat) and came back with one. "Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey."
