"Ein schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit Garten. Das Haus hat alle nötigen Einrichtungen: Kühl-, Gefrierschrank, Wasch- und Spülmaschine sowie eine sehr leistungsfähigen eisernen Ofen. Im Schuppen gibt es Holz, das man sich gegen eine kleine Gebühr nehmen kann. Uns hab besonders beeindruckt, dass das Haus sehr sauber und (eigner-) gepflegt war. Das wird bei dänischen Ferienhäusern immer seltner.Rundherum ein gutes Ferienhaus. "

"Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...

"Wir waren enttäuscht vom Zustand und der Sauberkeit des Hauses. Die Baderäume waren eine Zumutung und zum Teil nicht nutzbar: Wasserhahn kaputt, Kein Duschkopf, Abfluss undicht...das Ferienhaus war nicht gereinigt: überall Spinnweben, Staub, Wollmäuse, dreckige Bettdecken und Kopfkissen"

"The communication with property manager is non-existent. My partner got very sick with COVID the night before our stay but we could not get in touch with property manager. We arrived to a very precarious, old farm road that was flooded. There were no instructions about the route. Inside, the house was about 8C / 40s F. The radiator heaters did not work!! There was a very musty odor. Also a constant beeping coming from somewhere. There were no towels or linens provided, despite not advertising...
