Very relaxing home

We had a great time. Location of home is wonderful, you can walk to downtown area. The outside deck was pretty awesome and we really enjoyed the house. It is unique and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!:)

This home is everything advertised and more. Pictures cannot do justice to the way it feels to be sitting outside in one of the many spots the owners have set up for visitors to soak in nature. There is a stream babbling, towering redwoods, and eucalyptus. No one in our party wanted to leave. Inside, the house is very comfortable, with views from every room. We had the maximum number of guests for the home, but it never felt crowded. I am looking for an excuse to stay here again!

Perfect location between town and hiking mointain

An amazing house!! Great views from all rooms. Spacious. Clean and organized. Prompt communication with owners. Wonderful place for family vacation. We hiked every day after we enjoyed breakfast in the house’s beautiful kitchen. Teens and parents loved the hot tub.Grandparent enjoyed reading in the stunning living area above the dining room.Close enough to downtown that we walked there every day. Terrific place for a getaway.

Truly magical indeed

What a delightful and unique experience. Tranquil, surrounded with lush beautiful nature, and supremely comfortable accommodations. Our only regret is not having more time to stay at this beautiful home. We loved every moment.

Family stay in Mill Valley

We met up with our grown children and our grandchild and had a very cozy stay! The house is beautiful, with good space and it is well equipped. While we didn’t walk to town while we were there, we did hike from the house and had an easy drive into town when we went in for a lunch or dinner. The property is beautiful but we only enjoyed from indoors as the temperatures were a little too cool during our stay to be outdoors.

Heaven on Earth

This was such an amazing home that we never wanted to leave the property during our stay. It was quiet and beautiful with a backyard oasis where we spent most of our time. There are fun little hiking trails all around as well and it’s beautiful just to go on a walk through the streets. The John Muir Woods are only 15-20 minutes away and Mill Valley is a nice town within minutes of the house. I am hoping we might get a chance to return one day.

Magical Location in Cascade Canyon

The house is situated in a perfect location near the Cascade Trail and walking distance to town. The grounds are stunning- a sanctuary in a redwood grove, with lush natural landscaping, comfortable seating areas and a bridge over an amazing creek. On several occasions we were visited by deer. The house is spacious and comfortable with a great wood burning fireplace, top level master suite with walk in shower and freestanding tub and modern well equipped kitchen. The hosts have provided thoughtful amenities- plush robes, extra condiments,,quality firewood, ample towels etc. There were only 4 of us (2 grandparents, 2 grandkids) on this visit, but the large home would easily accommodate a larger group. We will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic stay

The house was beautiful and was the perfect place to unwind after sight-seeing each day. The yard is lovely and peaceful and perfect for those who like to read. The redwoods out front are stunning. Also, was not a far drive into San Francisco and is very close to Muir Woods. We took the Larkspur Ferry into San Francisco one day, which was a fun way to get to the city. Communication with owners was great.

Truly beautiful property

This is a delightful home in an absolutely gorgeous setting. The interior is beautifully maintained and includes a luxurious primary bed and bath. The home has multiple places for guests to both gather and retreat for privacy. The outdoor living spaces are truly amazing. This is a top tier spot in a perfect location. We absolutely loved it!

comfort in the redwoods

This house has a spectacular setting and is really private and the rooms are quiet and there are a lot of places to hang out - ex. two living rooms, a dining room, a fun kitchen table with a couch on one side and chairs on other. A rare wine barrel hot tub nested in the back in the redwoods and was hot and beautiful and private! It is unique place and you can walk to the lovely town!

Beautiful home in the redwoods!

We had a wonderful week staying in this beautiful and spacious home. The home offers so much from a beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, hammocks, hot tub and the cutest outdoor spaces. We definitely look forward to visiting again ! There were 6 of us and it was perfect. Mill Valley is beautiful!
