"The host was extremely responsive and the property was exactly as described. The parking spot provided is tricky to maneuver and requires two people to avoid damaging your car on all the obstacles. The shower is tricky too, so be sure to ask before you arrive. The property also smells a bit damp/musty, so maybe bring some room spray or a candle. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely rebook the space for our next visit to Berkeley."

"We loved our stay in the green house! It was very quiet, peaceful, and a well accommodated space. A perfect location for visiting friends in Inverness and exploring all the outdoor beauty of Pt Reyes and Tomales Bay. I did find the listing to be somewhat misleading in that it says there are two queen beds and sleeps four people. "Great space! The layout was open with lots of room to hang out. Well equipped kitchen and comfy sofa in great room. Bathroom was roomy and shower had rainfall feature. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back! Overall cleanliness was outstanding. We give 4 stars because trash was found in a nightstand drawer and bathroom floor; refrigerator had someone's drinks, goodies, and lunch left from previous stay."
