"Spacious ground-floor apartment in hosts’ residence with modern, high end amenities and private entrance and spacious private garden in residential neighborhood. Was ideal for our week-long stay visiting nearby family. The host greeted us when we arrived and was fully attentive to our questions and needs, yet non-intrusive. We look forward to rebooking this stay on our next visit to this region. "

"The check in process and communications were very efficient. The place was clean overall. The location was very convenient for my visit. The only complaint I have is that on two of my five nights, the apartment above me started playing loud music and thumping on the floor for about an hour around midnight, waking me up and preventing me from quickly returning g to sleep. "

Safeway across the street for convenient grocery run and street parking (with pass provided) worked out very well. Brandon was quick to respond to messages both before and during the stay. "What a great place! Kitchen was very handy to have and we felt like we were at home in this unit. The unit was spotless and bed was comfy. Bathroom was big and the location was primo for the arena. We walked to pike place market, space needle and the hockey game. Having the parking pass was also a huge bonus. We would stay here again on our next visit to Seattle without hesitation. "
