Our house rules:
Children must be 12 years of age or older.
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
There can be no overnight guests that exceed the number of guests indicated on the VRBO reservation confirmation.
No smoking of any description including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana and inhaleables including medicinal (excluding asthma pumps) strictly upheld inside units and on grounds including driveway.
We ask that guests not wear outdoor shoes indoors to protect carpeted areas.
We ask that guests respect quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
No parties or events unless with express agreement of host,

Please note a dog lives on this property and while she is not allowed into guest units she does have the run of the exterior property and main house.
