Your comments about the cycling sound from the compressor will be shared with our Engineering department to fix the issue. I would like to apologize for the pet fee that was charged and the mice waste matter that was found in your room. This is the first complaint that has been brought to my attention. We do have a Pest Control vendor that conduct monthly inspection. I will go ahead and schedule a call for the room to be inspected and treated. Once I do my research on the posting of the pet fee I will go ahead and do the adjustment. My apologize for not meeting Marriott Standard during your stay.
