Wonderful and Quiet

We really liked the coziness of this place. My sister and her husband live nearby and we came to visit and help them with some health issues. There were a few electrical quirks but once we understood what not to do we were fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little spot

nice room

The room was nice and located directly across the street from the private beach used by residents (and guests). Easy access to go to and from room. Private entry. Very nice neighborhood and surrounding town. The Silver Sand State Park is right there too, no more than 50 yards away. It has a great (and long) boardwalk to keep you out of the sand if you want to go walking along the beach. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay, plan on returning!

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. The room was nicely decorated and extremely clean. Everything I needed was provided. Communication with Susana was great and I was steps away from the beach. If you are a solo traveler, you will enjoy staying here and feeling completely safe in a quiet neighborhood.

It’s my second year staying at the studio. The owner is sweet and accommodating to all my needs. I love the private beach but also next to the public beach. Lots to see and do. I will go back every year.

Great place by the beach!

Susana and her husband were great hosts, helping us to our room and providing umbrellas in the middle of a thunderstorm! The place itself is imaculately clean, well decorated, and just steps from Silver Sands and an adjoining public beach. The deck attached to the room is large enough for two or three people to sit comfortably and came with two deck chairs. As an added bonus, the hosts provided K-cups for the Keurig, bottles of water, and a bowl of assorted fruit.

Clean and convenient

For my purpose it was ideal (visiting family). A clean and quiet place (studio is in the rear of the building) with friendly and smiling hosts. Close to beach and boardwalk and a few minutes into town by car. A light in the closet, though, would be helpul. Birdsong and waves breaking at the shore will wake you up. Wonderful! Parking is also available and convenient. Access to the studio is, however, not suitable for anyone in poor physical shape. Suitcase has to be carried up (or down) over a flight of stairs.

Clean, large studio, across the street from a very pretty beach

Susana and her family keep a wonderful place to rent out to VRBO clients. The bed is queen size, I believe, and very comfortable. There are plenty of fresh blankets, pillows, and towels. Good bathroom, table, kitchenette, and closet. Pretty clean and very convenient with lovely hosts. Great little Greek restaurant two doors down.

Beautiful, spacious studio across from the beach

This was a lovely rental just across the beach on Long Island Sound in Milford. It's just steps from Silver Sands State Park which has a wonderful Boardwalk that goes on forever! We had a great time here and would certainly rent again if we visit the area.

Great Location. Wonderful owners she was very accommodating

I would definitely go back. It was clean and the location was perfect. The beach was right outside your door. I came all the way from Philadelphia not knowing what to expect and was delighted when I got there. Ty Sue for a wonderful stay.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Room was large, quiet and very comfortable. It worked out perfectly. We slept here a few nights as extra sleeping for our family at a nearby beach house. It had all we needed - clean linens and towels provided were a bonus for us! For those who would require, there's a great Greek restaurant right next door and a town beach access across the road.
