Home was just as advertised on VRBO. Well stocked and exceptionally clean. Host was very responsive and helpful. Everyone in our group will be visiting there again.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay. The house is in a good location to visit other beaches and there are lots of places to visit near by. Golf, shopping and fun places to eat.

Such a fantastic stay! We have stayed in Primehook and Broadkill for several year now and this is one of our favorite properties! It is clean, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and seconds from the beach! We loved spending time on the deck enjoying the view. The host was very responsive without being intrusive and we were so pleased with our stay we will be booking again!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Chez Soleil! The home was beautiful and very welcoming. The views were amazing and the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. The home was very organized and well stocked with anything one would need while on vacation. The owner was wonderful and responded very quickly to our texts. We would highly recommend this home. We are looking forward to staying here again.

The house was great. The views are amazing It presents as a property that the owners obviously care a lot about. Everything was well kept and clean. They went the extra mile to provide things for our dogs like blankets for the couches, bowls, poop bags, scoop and barrel. Communication with Nannette was super easy. This is probably the best house and rental experience that we've ever had.

The house was beautiful and close to the water. Well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood. We were able to have the family dog with us.The weather was not good most of the week due to storms but we found other things to do.Very peaceful!Host available!Would have liked to see full beds in the 3rd bedroom instead of twins.

Belated anniversary trip

The house is very clean, comfortable and the views are beautiful. Beach was great to walk on and there were very few people. The host sent a text to make sure everything was ok. This was a very relaxing trip. We would definitely come back.

Great views in a great location. Super clean; ideal for guests (all bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms. Also convenient to Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. Lots of great restaurants. Nice to know there is an attentive and available owner-gives peace of mind. (Very different from last summers VRBO rental in Maine-dirty; owner unavailable with lots of problems) D Case

Beautiful, peaceful setting

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The views of the bay are extraordinary and the house is very comfortable. We enjoyed a lot of walks on the beach and seeing the stars in the evening. Great spot for a relaxing visit to the beach.

Wonderful stay on the beach

Our family loves staying at prime hook beach and this home was the best place we have stayed at yet. Super responsive hosts, and a beautiful house right on the beach. Quiet and full of nature. I can't wait to stay again!

We love this house

Another wonderful stay at Nannette's place in Prime Hook. Beautiful, secluded, peaceful week with the family. Couldn't ask for more from a house or a host. We will be back :)

Great family vacation

Beautiful house right on the bay. Views were spectacular. Very private beach and access to the beach was so easy. My family had a great time here. Saw a bald eagle. And everyone had a great time even my daughter dog he loved looking for crabs .

Great week at Prime Hook Beach

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful, well-decorated house on the beach at Prime Hook. The house is very well cared for, has a great kitchen, and has a tremendous view. Couldn’t have been better.

Perfect getaway

The host was incredible and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful with a peaceful location and everything planned. Love this property, hope to return in the spring next time.
