"Top marks for location, cleanliness and function! Bedrooms could use ceiling fans since there is no A/C inside the bedrooms themselves. Sheets could be updated (a bit scratchy), and we discovered in the morning that the balcony doors do not lock so that could be fixed. Otherwise, a great quick stay in one of our favourite places!"

" We had a wonderful stay at this rental in the center of Wellington. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 children. Everyone enjoyed the pool, which was very warm even though it doesn’t have a heater. "The property is adequate. My primary grievance is the difficulty in corresponding with Ashley Cameron the owner of the property. She did not answer my request for how long it would take to receive back my security deposit (nor was said security deposit mentioned in 2 page contract) and it was only after I contacted VRBO that I got the money back minus the GST. The lack of response was frustrating and time consuming."

"We loved The Place. The pictures really don't do it justice. The location in the centre of PEC is perfect. The host (Kristy) was great and super thoughtful. Would highly recommend a stay - be warned though, you may like the house so much you spend all your time there!"

"The accommodation was beautiful and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Michelle went above and beyond to make our time pleasant and answered quickly whenever we had questions.The fridge wasn't working properly which was a bit inconvenient but there was a small drinks fridge where we kept what we could.
