"Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. "This marks the fourth time we’ve stayed at this home for our vacation and we keep coming back. We love the home and the land. It’s perfect for renting a boat to do fishing or water sports for the day or week. We like the outdoor awning when we’re sitting down midday to take a break from swimming or boating. The older kids (adults) like to hang out in the downstairs game room. "

"Our family had a great experience staying at this place. We were close to the beach and had access to a pool. The kitchen was stocked very well. The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child.
