"There was someone else’s hair on a blanket in the room which meant it hadn’t been cleaned before us, we had 3 cockroaches in the room in 2 days, the heating did not heat the room even when on 26 and full fan and the bottom of the door frames were all rotted to our bathroom needs a good refresh and clean walls were also full of dust"

"Not a lot I liked about this place myself and another person had to wait for someone to attend reception a good ten minutes to 15 minutes. The other guest rang the bell three times and eventually the receptionist came down the stairs. My family finally entered our room, and the shower alcove was mouldy and there were spider webs in the window. My 6-year-old granddaughter went to the toilet, and the toilet seat was only hinged in one spot instead of two with the result that when she went to...
