Super bonito el apartamento de lujo, lo único malo es que tienes que hacer check inn en otro lugar retirado y escondido, con maletas todo un show, nadie habla español en recepción pero el apartamento lindísimo queda a unos pasos de santa María de la gratzie!

3 dias en Milan con amigos
2 noches en Milan en un apartamento muy comodo, moderno y limpio. Las camas eran amplias, espacio de sobra para 5 adultos, una pequeña cocina que hace el servicio y un baño con todo lo necesario. Perfecto para una escapada con amigos en Milan, muy bien situado y cerca del transporte público, en una zona muy tranquila. En comparación con oras ofertas de apartamentos en Milan, calidad-precio lo encuentro muy bien. El apartameto esta equipado con todo lo necesario y el mobiliario y la decoracion son comodos y acogedores. Fue una estancia muy agradable. Tambien ofrecen parking por un coste adicional dentro del mismo edificio.

Apartamento Conveniente en el Centro de Milán
Cómodo y bien equipado, muy cerca de La Última Cena y Convento de San Mauricio. El único pero es el tema de la limpieza diaria porque son departamentos y no hotel.

ubicación buena malos vecinos
La ubicación muy buena sin embargo los vecinos muy complicados. cuando llegamos todavía no llegaba la persona que nos iba a entregar el departamento y el portero no nos dejó esperar en la puerta. nadie te ayuda con las maletas y los vecinos son muy complicados.

We are very dissatisfied with our apartment and the service of the staff. The heating turned out not to work. It was very cold in Milan during our stay. The temperature dropped to 10 degrees Celsius in the apartment. During the day the temperature did not exceed 17 degrees Celsius. Complaining to the staff had little effect. We were given a small electric heater. Far too small to heat the living room or bedroom. A request for a second heater was not honored. A request for another apartment was also not honored. We paid €185 per night. Way too much for this apartment and the service. Please give our money back.

Thank You for your review. We are sorry for the problem you have had. We have 70 apartments in the historic center of Milan, the temperature surprised us, we provided everyone with duvets and electric heating. Unfortunately we had no apartments available for moving

Let me start by explaining that we had a totally different expectation of this lodging. We knew they were apartments but thought there was at least a lobby or front desk. Ended up arriving to a stand alone apartment building, with different entrances after the main door. Then having to go upstairs walking with all the luggage because the elevator is super tiny we wouldn’t fit. Then upon arrival, the apartment wasn’t ready for five guests. Coming from driving several hours, and tired, we were expecting a smoother check-in process. Anyhow, the staff was VERY KIND, attempting to solve the issues as they came up. We communicated diligently via WhatsApp. We didn’t sleep too well the first night. This city seems to never sleep. We could hear from the window the passing of the cars the whole night. So the staff kindly moved us to another nearby location that was much calmer in terms of street noise. That was a SUPERB UPGRADE indeed!!! What a huge difference! 👏👏👏 It made the rest of our stay such a better and more memorable experience! Bravo!! 😀😀😀

I liked the size of the flat, the level of comfort of the beds. The location was also quite good. The shower was amazing. The check in process was a bit challenging. We were sent to the wrong address and with kids and lots of luggage and stress getting hold of the property manager. Also, the kitchen could use some more pots. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

Pros: Great location and safe, walkable to great restaurants and tourists spots; spacious enough for our family of 6. The company was very responsive and accommodating when we had to drop off our luggage early and check out late. They provided water, Netflix, soap, shampoo, towels… all the essentials. Cons: It wasn’t exactly as shown on pictures as the company manages multiple apartments. Some parts of the apartment were old & not painted.

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und nur 20 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Da die Unterkunft von einer zentralen Stelle vermietet wird, war für uns nicht klar, wo wir hin müssen und weil es keine Rezeption gibt, muss man zu einem fixen Zeitpunkt am Ort sein, was etwas schwierig ist, wenn man unterwegs ist und kein Internet im Ausland hat. Hat dann aber gut geklappt mit der Übergabe. Achtung, es ist kein Parkplatz dabei. Das war etwas mühsam und daher auch etwas teurer als angenommen.

A bit of a mixed bag but nice overall
This two room apartment was a good fit for our family of four. Pluses - great location, lots of space, staff delivered our luggage from office to apartment in the end of the day. On the negative side - we were given wrong address for the apartment which resulted in some stress and waste of time, and hot water ran out after two people taking showers. While on a small street, it was pretty loud at night, likely because the old style windows did not shut completely. But the apartment itself was quite charming, a nice change from a generic hotel room. Overall, we felt we were getting good value with this place and were willing to put up with minor inconveniences in exchange for space and location.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. We felt really safe as you need a key to enter thru the gate, apartment building, and the apartment unit itself. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of famous sites, shops, and good restaurants. But before you leave the place, be sure you do a thorough check of your things to make sure you don't leave anything behind. We had a very early flight and had to leave the hotel at 4:00 am. We accidentally left a cell phone in our room but unfortunately, we were already outside of the apartment when we noticed it. Since we had to leave the keys in the apartment, we couldn't go back in to get it. And since it was 4:00 am, their office was closed. We called a couple of the numbers we had for them but could not get hold of anyone. I would like to highly recommend to the hotel that they provide an after office hours emergency number in cases like this. However, they were very helpful in helping us get our phone. From Milan, we flew to London and spent a week in London. We had some issues with UPS shipping the phone to our hotel in London but Antonio helped us clarify the issues with UPS. we were so happy when our phone was finally delivered to our hotel in London. Thank you again for the excellent service of the hotel staff.

Good Option for families
Great option for families. Staff communicated well on check in and had nice perks in the apartment with continental breakfast options and drinks. The apartment was very clean. Also, it was a 5 minute walk to the subway which was great.

The property was adequate for two people. Cleaning people come every 3 days so you might need to ask for extra towels. It was conveniently located to cafes, transportation and next door to the building that houses the portrait of the Last Supper. We enjoyed the Property very much.

The place was nothing as described first of all, there were hairs in the bath and on the balcony, I had taken pictures for proof but hotels.com done nothing to resolve the matter! Disgusting place and I’ll never be booking through hotels.com either as there’s no buyers assurance

Buono e gentili ma non sapevo che comunque che bisogna prevenire dell arrivo perché non c'è reception. Noi poi facciamo un breakfast un po' speciale e tante cose mancano (spremiagrumi, vere tazze da breakfast, vera teiera, il sale, ...). Manca anche l asciugacapelli. Comunque il posto per noi è ideale e penso che ritorneremo.

Appartement bien situé, confortable. Le parking n’était pas proche de l’immeuble comme annoncé. Pas de double vitrage, la rue étant passante, la chambre et le salon étaient assez bruyants. Le ménage n’était pas terminé à notre arrivée (fin d’après-midi), une femme de ménage nous a presque mis à la porte lors de notre départ (bien avant 10h30) j

Location is excellent, short walk into town. good neighbourhood bars. Only downside is road noise but not much they can do about that

Lejligheden lå rigtigt fint, men at det er en lejlighed med plads til 6 personer, er lidt overdrevet. To sovesofaer i samme rum (stuen) og en dobbelt seng i det andet rum, der var soveværelset. Lille køkken og lille badeværelse. Burde kun være til 4 personer.
