My family, 2 adults and 2 teens, stayed there July ‘26. I’ll start with the good. The location was very good for dining, shopping, the Duomo, and other museums and sites. We could easily walk to everything we needed. It was clean and offered basic amenities. Now the not so good. The listing is incorrect. The listing says it has air conditioning. It does NOT have air conditioning, but 2 floor fans and 1 ceiling fan. We pointed this out to the owner, who seemed surprised that it states that in the listing. This, was unfortunately very difficult as we were there during a VERY hot time. We know it can be hot in Milan in July, and we specifically looked for a place with air conditioning. We left the windows open to try and get any relief, but unfortunately the neighborhood was fairly noisy at night with groups leaving the bars and restaurants. Between the heat and the noise, we didn’t get much sleep. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, which means 5 flights of stairs. I don’t recall if that is mentioned in the listing but it’s good to know. Next, the listing states it has a washer and dryer. Only a washer is available and there wasn’t anywhere for 4 people to hang laundry to dry. And lastly, the owner meets you at the flat to let you in and therefore wanted our EXACT arrival time. We had to let her know when we were 10 minutes away, but then kept us waiting for 45 minutes before she came to give us the keys. She was very nice, but communication about arrival was difficult.
