Upon arrival you will find:

You will receive a link via the VRBO chat to register all guests staying in the apartment, as required by current regulations. This registration must be completed before check-in.

To be paid in cash upon arrival and remitted to the City of Milan. The fee is € 9.50 per person per night for the first 14 nights (MINORS, RESIDENTS, AND HOSPITAL PATIENTS ARE EXEMPT).

You are in one of the most beautiful, famous, and sought-after areas of Milan: Porta Venezia.

Today, this district is known not only for its historical importance (home to major cultural institutions such as PAC – Pavilion of Contemporary Art, and the Civic Museum of Natural History, located in Indro Montanelli Public Gardens, a green oasis in the heart of the city), but also for its vibrant mix of shops, restaurants, and cafés reflecting Milan’s cultural diversity.

One of the main attractions is Corso Buenos Aires, one of the longest shopping streets in Europe, stretching over 1.5 km. Here, shopping lovers can find a wide range of stores, from fashion boutiques to international chains, sports shops, and bookstores. The street is lively both day and night, offering a unique shopping experience.

The historic center and the Duomo can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot, passing iconic spots such as Palazzo Castiglioni, Via della Spiga, and the beautiful Villa Necchi Campiglio.

The area is well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the metro (Line M1 – red, or the suburban railway connecting directly to FieraMilano), as well as numerous tram and bus lines, making Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires easily accessible from anywhere in Milan.
