The property is located on Viale Umbria, between the Porta Romana and Calvairate neighborhoods, in a lively area well-served by public transportation, which allows you to reach the Central Station and Milan’s main points of interest.



The apartment is laid out as follows:



an open-concept space divided into a sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa, and a living area with a kitchenette featuring a 2-burner electric stove, a refrigerator, and a microwave.

Bathroom with a washing machine, bidet, and shower stall.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
