An art lovers paradise! This place was like staying in an art museum! My room was very spacious, with gorgeous Instagramable views of the Galleria! The lady at reception, gave us some really great options of place to go, & eat in the area! I wish they had a full length mirror in my room somewhere. Also, was no iron in the room, so I contacted reception through WhatsApp and in 5 mins… someone was knocking on my door. This was amazing, because I’ve stayed in expensive hotels that, when you call downstairs, you still had to wait 20 mins for someone to bring you what you requested. All in all, I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel, & I wish I tried more of the food, & bar… however, what I did experience I was very impressed with! Oh yeah, my bed was very soft.. to those of you are concerned with soft beds, like my girlfriend is.

Buona struttura, all'interno della galleria, ottima posizione, personale cordiale, non capisco però perché non ci sia il telefono in camera ed il supplemento animali di 50 euro mi sembra inopportuno

Friendly staff but 3.5 star hotel at best
I really don’t like to give negative reviews when the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the overall state of the hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. 3.5 star at best. It is honestly insulting to other 5 star hotels for this hotel to be in same category. AC not working properly. Room service has to be ordered by whatsapp? Very out dated facilities.

The only negative, is that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It was warm and hard to sleep. Some people from US might find themselves warm.

This is the third time I have stayed at here. It is the only hotel I stay when coming to Milan. You can not beat the location. But to top it off, it has the most lovely staff who are so friendly and helpful. I will be back again soon I hope!!!

I stayed at this hotel in 2019 when it first opened, and due to covid, have only just been able to come and visit again now. It has not changed and it does not disappoint. It location is amazing, the rooms are lovely - I have always had a view overlooking the shops. The breakfast is lovely and the artwork in the hotel, particularly the restaurant is just amazing. It is ilke having breakfast in an art gallery. The staff are very friendly and always helpful on both of my visits. I love the hotel so much that I am staying there again at the end of the month. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Milan.

Couldn’t be in a better area to see and walk to things. Metro convenient as well. Sometimes a little loud outside but it is a tourist area that has a lot of traffic.

Je trouve que quand on dis chambre delux et qu’on a vue sur les poubelles c’est limite après à 531 fr la nuit plus 65 fr de parking c’est très cher pour la prestation reçu je suis déçus sincèrement j’ai mis de l’argent à la poubelle à par l’emplacement je peux pas en dire grand chose d’autre et que la salle pour déjeuner est belle sinon la chambre était très simple et on a eu le bruit du perssonel toute la nuit à ce prix là c’est pas normal Franchement. Un peu déçus surtout qu’il a 3 semaine j’ai réserver un appartement tous simple à Madrid qui coûtait rien et où j’ai mille fois mieu aimer les prestations.
