The apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of Baggio, an authentic and peaceful area in the southwestern part of Milan. This neighborhood, once an ancient independent village and now an integral part of the city, still retains the charm of its origins with historic courtyards, quaint streets, and a strong sense of community.

The area is ideal for those who want to stay away from the traffic of the city center but still have all amenities within easy reach.

The space
is an ideal choice for those who want to experience the most authentic side of Milan, with all the comforts and excellent transportation links.

The apartment is an elegant two-room unit and is divided into:
a living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

- 🛋️The living room features a sleeper sofa, a TV where you can relax and watch shows, and a dining table.

- 🍳The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a refrigerator, electric oven, induction cooktop, dishes, glasses, silverware, and a coffee maker.

- 🛏️The bedroom features a large double bed and a closet where you can store your clothes and personal belongings.

- 🚿The bathroom, with hardwood floors, is fully equipped with all the amenities: shower, bidet, toilet, towels, mirror, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer.

We’ll provide bed linens and towels.

💻 There is high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work but also for browsing the web in peace without interruptions.

Air conditioning and heating are available via a reversible system.

Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you complete the in-person check-in, we will provide you with the digital keys.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES ( (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE.

Other things to keep in mind

We also offer a crib service for families.

However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything your baby needs.
The rental fee is only €20.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
