The apartment is excellent overall. The location is perfect. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The host is fabulous with great communication. Our stay here has been wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay overall— the place itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great, very walkable area with lots to do nearby. The location is convenient, but just be aware that there were unhoused individuals sleeping right outside the door after the shops closed for the evening. It didn’t cause any issues, but it’s something guests may want to know about ahead of time.The only other drawback was that the unit was quite warm, and the air-conditioning controls had been removed from the walls, so we weren’t able to adjust the temperature ourselves.Despite these points, we still had a good experience and would stay again. Just keep these factors in mind when booking.

PERFECT location if you want to be right in the heart of shopping and the Duomo. Apartment was immaculate, modern, and had a ton of amenities. Owner was quick to answer questions and communicated well in English. The bathrooms/showers were great sized with wonderful water pressure in the shower. Common area had plenty of room for guests with comfortable furniture. On the flip side, one of the showers would not drain and flooded the bathroom floor. We had to use the bath towels provided to contain and then were forced to do laundry to rectify matter. There were no instructions provided for appliances so this was quite a process. The apartment was too chilly for us, as the thermostat has pre set ranges which couldn’t be altered. Again, there were no instructions on how to use thermostat so this was also challenging. We were compensated for the shower not working, which was appropriate. Ilona was very responsive and made numerous attempts to assist in our experience. It’s a lovely apartment. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. Utilize the actual keys to come and go instead of the AP/electronic system! We didn’t know there were actual keys until we were checking out and this would have helped our group immensely.

Lovely new apartment in a great location! We had trouble with the electronic lock because of the internet connection but the owner helped us .once the connection was completed we had no issues! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone & would use it again. A

Great location! Everything is within 5 minutes. It's a nice walk to the Duomo and high-end stores and restaurants. If you have a car, the nearest parking station is neat and roomy for Milan. The apartment size was perfect for our family, and the washer/dryer was helpful.

Excellent Property/Wonderful Location/Great Host!

Our stay at this property was exceptional! The condition was pristine - very clean and nicely appointed. The AC worked incredibly well and the washer and dryer (Bosch) worked very well. The location is superb - right in the heart of the fashion district and felt VERY SAFE. Ilona was a great host, always responsive to questions and was very patient throughout the process. Definite 5 star establishment and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Spacious Apartment in the Center of Milan - very convenient location

A nicely designed apartment that is spacious and offers carefully designed bathrooms, two bedrooms with the primary bedroom featuring a generous walk-in closet, a splendid kitchen and thoughtful interior lighting design. The building Lobby features an early Gio Ponti designed lobby and a feature stair for fans of architecture and design. The San Babila subway is in front of the building. A Carrefour Market is close by for about everything you will need to make dinner in the apartment. The Duomo is a five minute walk away with very good restaurants and extensive shopping nearby. Many famous Milan museums are close by and important architecture is a quick walk away. Make the effort to get to the Fondazione Prada - for art exhibitions - 2 locations. Communications with the host was attentive and always helpful. We highly recommend this apartment - it helped to make our stay pleasant, relaxing and memorable.
