To ensure maximum security and in compliance with current regulations in the City of Milan, in-person verification is required at our office. After checking in person and completing registration, you will be provided with digital keys to access the apartment.

Office Hours:

Monday through Saturday: 10:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Sunday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
Check-in and Hours:

The standard check-in time for the apartment is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Please let us know promptly via chat if you’ll be arriving early or late.

Late Check-in: For arrivals after 9:00 PM, there is a 50€ surcharge. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM (no later).

Check-out:

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.

Late check-out incurs an extra charge of €15 per hour.

Other things to keep in mind
Cribs for families: We’re happy to welcome little ones! We offer crib rentals for just 20€. Please request one in advance so we can prepare everything you need.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer our guests access to a partner taxi service with exclusive, fixed rates that are often more affordable than standard prices.

Wi-Fi: It is strictly prohibited to disconnect the router. The connection manages digital access: disconnecting it could prevent you from re-entering the house.

Lost keys: If you lose the set of keys, a €100 penalty will be charged.

House Rules: Please respect the property and the building regulations. Any violations will result in penalties.
