Todo lo hicimos a pie, apartamento cómodo, Dominos muy bien, lavamos nuestra ropa, los espacios son grandes y con buena iluminación. Volviera quedarme y lo recomendaría. Pasamos muy tranquilos ! Solo tuvimos problemas con wifi que no llega la señal al cuarto principal. Al duomo y teatro alla scala caminando son 15 minutos.. a 3’ hay cafeterías restaurantes y un supermercado que encontrarás lo que necesitas para cenar o desayunar!

The location is excellent, very near a train station, the subway, and within an easy mile's walk from the Duomo. There were many shops and conveniences around. We especially like the Eataly café-market. The apartment was clean and spacious. We were grateful for the amenities, like tea and coffee.

We were in Greensboro for a family wedding, so this place was good for our family. However, it is a bit difficult for senior citizens with steep steps to the two upstairs bedrooms.

We were happy to have stayed in this large, clean apartment. The location was good. The primary bedroom’s bathroom had a tub that was too tall for either of us to access. And the second bedroom had only gauzy privacy panels on the windows and the room didn’t darken sufficiently enough at night. We never could figure out how to use the oven —instructions for it, and the air conditioning would be helpful. However, Silvio, the managing agent, could not have been more accommodating. I’m sure if we had contacted him he would have helped us with these things. He was kind enough to arrange transport for our departure.

The host for this apartment is wonderful --- friendly, good communications, helpful -- everything you want in a host. The apartment is in a good location -- a very short walk to the Metro, many restaurants in the area, very near Eataly (if that matters), etc. The apartment is indeed large and we were surprised that the air conditioning units really keep in the apartment at a cool temperature in summer -- very comfortable in that regard. Our family found both of the beds to be quite small and really not well-suited for two people to share --- it can be done but it isn't ideal. Also, the beds are really futons --- the "mattresses" aren't mattresses but rather more like thick sleeping pads that are fairly unforgiving. While our teen daughters were able to share a bed, I actually slept on the couch in order to give my wife more room to sleep in her bed. Bathrooms are small but typical for EU standards. Kitchen well suited for cooking. We did not use the clothes washer. There was also an unfortunate issue with construction noise --- the host warned us that a scaffolding was on the building, so, the host cannot be responsible for that matter; but there was also a material tile project being completed in the building courtyard and the workers would begin delivering materials prior to 7 AM (which was of course noisy). Overall, a good apartment but not necessarily the most modern, comfortable apartment available in Milan -- and, again, the host is wonderful.

As our first stop in Italy, it was a lovely place to stay. Silvio was very thorough in communicating details to us as well as meeting us when we arrived. A sandwich shop, cafes and gelato were nearby but the local grocery mart was a 10 minute walk. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator was available for our use. At the time of our visit, the courtyard was being updated but did not disturb us in any way. Silvio let us know that the exterior repairs to the facade was finished but the scaffolding would be there until the end of June 2024.

This apartment comes highly recommended: beautifully designed, impeccably equipped with everything you might need. It feels more like a home than a rental, and it's situated in the beloved Corso Garibaldi, just a minute's walk from Eataly, arguably the best supermarket in town. La Scala is a mere 30-minute walk away. Despite the scaffolding around the building, the apartment itself is lovely and well-lit. We extend our thanks to Silvio for his exceptional hospitality; he was always available and helpful, making us feel truly welcome and allowing us to relax. The only slight discomfort was the apartment's temperature; the central heating in the building was often turned off, and coming from a warmer climate, it was a bit too cold for us. However, Silvio did his best to address this issue. In summary, this apartment deserves five stars, and we would love to stay here again.

There was something about this apartment that was just right. Large living room and kitchen, great size bedrooms and felt very private. The check-in was very easy and we felt very secure. It was also a real treat to have an elevator after traveling all over Italy with luggage. This was our favorite apartment and I don't think the pictures do it justice. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed everything about this property in Milan. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. Good communication with the manager. Location in the city is great: a very clean part of the city, short walk to a number of restaurants and bars, easy walk to shopping. A very good place to stay!

This is a nice "managed" property in a great area, with convenient access to Metro. Silvio, the manager, was very nice and responsive and met us for a late (9:15PM) check-in. Nice design touches, kitchen reasonably equipped, large bathtub with ample hot water. Areas for improvement - tub is a jacuzzi but not operational, heat generally insufficient, beds seemingly selected more for durability than comfort, 2nd bathroom shower has poor pressure and drains poorly. And, though not the fault of the management, it is not especially quiet, due to noisy upstairs neighbor (very early morning!), and Metro running beneath the building property. A good experience but on the pricey side and could use a bit more attention to detail.

This roomy two bed two bath was fabulous for my wife and me. Very well located in a lively but not crazy neighborhood, very near a metro line. We were able to spread out and relax between touring the town. Our hosts/ concierges were wonderful. If we had two suggestions, the first is to provide access to temperature controls. Owner was willing to make adjustments remotely when asked, we just did not want to ask. The second small suggestion is to have the washer cleaned. No everyone will need it, but we are traveling for six weeks and need access to washers. On the positive side they have one and it works. Most important takeaway, we love this property.
