The perfect recharge stop

This place is as perfect as the photos. Everything you need is here for the perfect stay. The hosts are lovely and easy to talk to if you have any questions. Lovely pool and the house is spacious and comfortable.

Super tijd gehad

In april hebben wij een week hier geslapen en vakantie gevierd. Het was super. Het huis heeft alles wat wij nodig hadden. Genoeg slaapkamers, goede bedden, schoon, 2 badkamers, noem maar op. Wij waren opzoek naar een huis met verwarmd zwembad en het was super. Onze kinderen hebben alleen maar gezwommen. Moet je wel van te voren aangegaan! De locatie van het huis was ook perfect want je kan alle kanten op. Zou het zo weer boeken.

Lovely villa and welcome

Ingrid was a great host, there to meet us on arrival and explain everything. One day a toilet broke and Ingrid had the plumber attend to fix it the next morning. Also she had recommendations for things to do in the area. The villa as a beautiful older Andalusian style but had everything needed and all in working order. Five minute drive/bus to Mijas which is stunning and 10 minute bus/drive to beach if you want to do that. Very happy overall.

A little slice of paradise…

Absolutely beautiful property inside and out, not one thing we could fault with it. Our toddler loved it as did our teenagers with the pool and table tennis being big hits! Also a very safe and secure garden. Preferable to hire a car to have the freedom to be able to travel around - Mijas is stunning but public transport also readily accessible. Lidl and Aldi few mins drive away also. Ingrid was so lovely and even got us a list of groceries for our arrival as we arrived late at night with some added extras; a lovely personal touch. We will definitely be returning at some point! Such a peaceful little haven; we didn’t want to leave…

Wonderful!

Casa Ana is a calm and elegant villa near Malaga. The garden is well-tended and the swimming pool could be heated. The outside area also offers a charcoal grill, several loungers, a hammock and a ping pong table that can be moved from a sheltered location onto the lawn if you need more space around it. Rackets and balls are available. The kitchen is very well equipped, the WiFi worked flawlessly, and the AC is there when you need it. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you have all the space and comfort you'll need. There is an outdoors shed full of inflatable and other toys that can be used for the swimming pool. There are also shelvess with fiction books and an assortment of board games. Ingrid was a cheerful and extremely responsive manager and patiently answered all our pre-travel questions. She offered to prepare a shopping package upon our arrival, so all the food we needed was alredy waiting for us (and she only charged the actual value of the purchase!) This is a great and unique service that we were never offered before in any of the dozens of places we've visited. The grill came with a ready supply of fire igniters and charcoal and has a cylindric container to hold the charcoal for easier lighting. While the grill did its job just fine, it is not in the best shape and should ideally be replaced. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and you can easily catch the bus to Mjas or Fuengirola. Schitterende villa vlakbij Mijas

We hebben ontzettend genoten in deze villa met verwarmd zwembad. De villa ligt in een rustige wijk vlakbij het schitterende dorp Mijas. Zeker een bezoek waard!

Amazing !!! we have just spent the best 3 weeks at the property it was everything we thought it would be and more. The property is nicer than the photos, and has the sun all hours of the day.( the property is very charming) I have only positive things to say about the host Ingrid, who was in contact with us throughout our stay and prior to our arrival, to ensure that we arrived ok and that everything was going ok with our stay The villa is in great location and never felt like it was more than 10 minutes away from where we wanted to go via car. Thank you again Ingrid and you will definitely be seeing us again in the future All the best Keith

Amazing Villa , 100% recommend

Great location ( quiet ) Close to everything around you . Very clean and plenty of towels etc so everything was catered for in the villa . Ingrid was extremely welcoming and on call for any questions etc when called upon . Would 100% recommend this for any families wanting a relaxed break close to everything .

Beautiful villa

We stayed at Casa Anna for 3 weeks with our dogs. We had an amazing time at Casa Anna! The villa is beautiful and super clean! Ingrid was a lovely person, and very serviceminded. Our stay here was Even better than we expected and we recommend it strongly. We will come back one day☺️👌

Gas Leakage, unexpected visit und road work instead of holidays

The house is situated in the hills above Fuentegirola in a quite area. Nearly everything in the house could need renovation. Especially the water heating systems is very much outdated, rusted and even more important - DANGEROUS. The system is not really a heating, it´s more a gas burner inside a room open to kitchen and living room that works like a burner in a barbacue grill and is powered by gas bottles which are actually used for camping and which are stored outside the house. Also the stovetop is supplied by this gas. If your kids turn the switches the gas will flow into the kitchen and living area. During the first week we had a gas leakage within the house - there was a strong smell after gas in the kitchen and living room area. We informed the property manager Ingrid Kramer who up to our departure did NOTHING. I asked for a maintance of the the system during our stay but nothing happened. As a consequence we had to leave windows open all day and night to avoid that we got blown up by the gas. 10 days of our 14 days stay there was road work in the street with lots of noise and smell. (New ashalt) Instead of relaxing in the garden we had to leave the house for many days. I complained about this at the property manager and asked for a fair solution for that but up to know nothing was offered. But the stangest thing that happened was this: One day we came home in the afternoon and the alarm was activated. I did not activate it when we left because the kitchen windows where open due to the gas leakage. I informed the property manager Ingrid Kramer about the situation and she replied that she entered the house without informing or asking us. I rented many many objects over the last 15-20 years but never ever I had the situation that an owner or property manager entered the premise without asking for that in advance. After 9 days we did not have any warm water anymore. The camping gas bottles where empty. So the property manager had to show up in the evening and change the bottles. After that she was not able to start the burner again - I did it. Otherwise we would not have had warm water again as the next day was bank holiday. I strongly cannot recommend the house until the whole gas system has been revised. The situation is so dangerous that I will report that to the local authorities. For us clearly by far the worst object and worst experience we have made in our villa renting life so far.

Beautiful villa!

We had a fantastic week at Casa Ana. This was our first villa holiday after holidaying in hotels with our children and I think we struck gold when we walked in! Pool was lovely and clean, gardens were beautiful and well maintained and the villa itself was very well equipped with everything to make it feel like a home from home. The Nespresso coffee machine was definitely a hit with the husband! Ingrid was thorough in her explanation of the villa facilities and was on hand whenever needed. Check in and out was seamless. Beds were especially comfy!

Amazing Family Holiday

We loved our 2 week stay @ Casa Anna - Ingrid was lovely, very helpful and on hand if needed. Location was perfect with a breeze that made the temperature perfect for sunbathing. Near Mijas Pueblo, Fuengirola, Malage and Puerto Banus. Aldi, Lidl a 5 minute drive - we didn’t want to leave - Kerry xxx

Tolles Haus mit gepflegten Garten

Wir haben eine superschöne Zeit verbracht in Mijas und Umgebung. Das Haus, Garten und Pool waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch Ingrid war herzlich und pünklich! Wir haben Ausflüge nach Gibraltar, Marbella, Malaga...unternommen. In Mijas sind tolle Restaurants. Aber auch die Küchenausstattung im Haus lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wichtig ist jedoch ein eigenes Auto! Toller Urlaub!!
