The 160 m² villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, including a large ground-floor bedroom ideal for guests with reduced mobility.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, premium coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The villa also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart Tv, air conditioning throughout, central heating, washing machine, private parking, and bed linen and towels.

Security

For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with two exterior security cameras:

One covering the main entrance.
One overlooking the terrace and garden.

There are no cameras or recording devices inside the villa.

The property also features smoke detectors and motion sensors connected to a monitored alarm system. These devices do not contain cameras, lenses, microphones or any recording capabilities. Motion sensors are only active when the alarm system is armed and the property is unoccupied.
