Good location, but..
I cannot fault the location, but we had a few issues with the apartment. Not huge issues, but given that we were staying for a month things were probably magnified.
I have to say Mary, the owner, was pleasant and friendly.
There was no kettle in the property when we arrived and the lighting left a lot to be desired. ie there was a low energy bulb hanging from the ceiling in both the living room and the bedroom. Mary did supply a kettle and standard lamp on request.
No lamps in the bedroom however and the lightswitch was behind the pillow. With no headboard this made it difficult to sit in bed reading.
No english t.v made for very long evenings, as I said we were there for a month in January.
There was a lot of crockery in the property, unfortunately the majority of the plates were chipped, we pointed this out on day 2, the owners response was to blame previous occupants.
The apartment faces east so it depends if you want sun in the morning or afternoon.
As previously stated, the location is superb.
