This holiday resort, offering accommodation in luxurious holiday homes, is ideally located just 200 meters from the beach, in a quiet setting. The center of the bustling resort is approximately 1 km away.
The holiday complex is intimate and offers only five identical, comfortable houses. The houses are two-story, and each has a terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. The ground floor features a spacious living room (with a TV, dining table, and a double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor offers an open-plan space with a second, large double bedroom. Wireless internet is available.
The exceptionally well-maintained grounds of the holiday resort include secure parking, a volleyball court, a communal barbecue, a fireplace, and plenty of green space for various family games and activities. Free bicycles are available for guests' use. A washing machine is available for an additional fee.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, final cleaning, bicycles, parking, and internet. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
The seaside beach is only 200 meters from the resort. The center of Mielno is approximately 1 km away, and there are numerous recreational facilities, restaurants, and cafes. The international R-10 cycling trail runs nearby, providing easy and convenient cycling to other neighboring seaside towns: Mielenko, Chlopy (a small, historic fishing village), Lazy, Sarbinowo, and Gaski. Lake Jamno is 400 meters away, with a marina and water sports equipment rentals (pedal boats, kayaks, and rowboats). Fishing spots are also available. While not particularly attractive for swimming enthusiasts, it's an ideal place for water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing – rentals and schools) and for anglers.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
