Vintage Shasta, Glamping for two near Savannah, Hinesville, and Beaches

Meet Trixie, a teal 2015 Shasta Airflyte and one of the treasures of Mid Way Retro Retreat. She is one of just 1,941 retro Shasta Airflytes manufactured during the limited 2015 production run, making her a fun piece of modern camping history.

Designed for two, Roxie captures the spirit of the classic American road trip with vintage style, modern comforts, and plenty of personality. Inside, you’ll find a cozy queen bed, air conditioning and heat, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.

Roxie also has a private toilet and sink inside the camper for convenience. For showers and the full bathroom experience, guests use the nearby Streamline Bathhouse, our shared Art Deco-inspired bathhouse with two individual bathrooms, comfort-height toilets, deep soaking tubs, and handheld showers.

There is no cooking inside Roxie. The refrigerator and microwave are ideal for drinks, snacks, and leftovers, and guests may also enjoy the outdoor grill or explore the area’s local restaurants.

Roxie sits on the peaceful five-acre grounds of Mid Way Retro Retreat, surrounded by Georgia pines and plenty of room to slow down. Spend the evening around the fire pit, stroll down to the pond, relax beneath the covered dock, or simply enjoy your morning coffee outdoors.

Maximum occupancy is 2 registered guests.
Registered guests only. No unregistered overnight visitors.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring campers and guests.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the Shasta or the Streamline Bathhouse.
Dispose of cigarette butts properly and never on the ground.
Cooking
The vintage stove is decorative only and is not functional.
The provided microwave and coffee maker are the only approved heating/cooking appliances.
Do not bring or use hot plates, portable burners, electric skillets, air fryers, toaster ovens, crock pots, grills, or any other heating or cooking devices inside the Shasta.
Streamline Bathhouse

The Streamline Bathhouse is a shared facility for all Mid Way Retro Retreat guests.

Please spray down the shower, sink, and other surfaces with the provided sanitizer after each use.
Place used towels in the designated hamper.
Dispose of trash in the provided receptacles.
Do not leave personal belongings in the Bathhouse. Please return toiletries, towels, clothing, chargers, and other personal items to your Shasta after each use.
Caring for the Shasta
Please treat this vintage camper and its furnishings with care.
Do not move furniture or décor between campers.
Report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly so we can address them.
Pets
Pets are only permitted if your reservation specifically allows them. Please clean up after your pet and never leave pets unattended inside the Shasta.
Safety
Do not tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors.
No open flames, candles, fireworks, or fire pits except in designated areas.
Keep doors locked whenever you leave the camper.
