"Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. "

"Great stay at Newport Beach. Easy to communicate with and accommodating. Really convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Thankful for the fans provided on the hot days. Enough space for my family of four (2 teenagers) to stay comfortably.I could work from the kitchen table as my office without disturbing them them while in the bedrooms. "

"It’s cute but not fancy. The kitchen was sort of minimally configured, glasses, flatware, etc., but was completely functional. The bed isn’t great but was okay for a few nights (the space cries out for a Murphy Bed.) It’s off the alley so there were some flies and a view of trash cans, but the price was okay and the location rocked. I would totally return next time I’m down there. "

"The garage was smaller than our big SUV, which in all fairness it did say in the info—but I missed it. In any case, parking at night is challenging but not in the day and if your car fits, not a problem. The area felt fine to us, sweet neighborhood."

"Scott was fantastic in answering any questions I had about the property prior to check in, check in was seamless and so easy. We LOVED the apartment! The location was perfect, near grocery store and quick easy walk to the beach. It was clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. The beds and sofa bed were super comfy. We loved the use of beach chairs also. The garage was plenty big enough to store bikes we had rented and the washer and dryer were so nice to use. Thank you!!"

"Great location in Long Beach, set up wonderfully for families. Pedal bikes, helmets and wagon were especially nice for the kids to use to take to the beach. A cooler bag for drinks and snacks would be a nice addition. Finding parking was tough some days. The frying pan in the kitchen was a challenge to use and should probably be replaced for those that want to cook in the property. Very quiet, felt safe, has laundry and the outdoor space was great. We would absolutely recommend this property to...
