"Great location, great host! The cottage was cozy, clean, and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed being at the ranch, seeing the animals, and enjoying the peace and quiet! But we had business in Dallas and McKinney so the location was very convenient. And of course, when I needed to pick up something from the market, it was just two exits down.LOVED the spot and all of the amenities. Will definitely stay again when in the area."

"Used for one night, enjoyed the foosball table for a little bit, beds were very hard making it difficult to sleep after a busy day and traveling. The most important thing in any stay is the ability to rest well and it was hard. Check in was complicated by additional steps required by owner, including mandatory security deposit and picture of document. "

"This is a charming little property. Myself, my husband, and our six kids (ages 15 to 25) stayed here for 3 days and though the house is small, we never felt crowded. We brought our two medium sized dogs (standard poodle and a bernedoodle) and there was plenty of room for them too. The only thing I would tell people to note is there are several different levels to floors in the house and there was some difficulty in navigation for my blind daughter. "The space was as pictured. It had every amenity we needed. The beds and couches were comfortable. The parking spot in back always a little tight for our large SUV but we were able to find street parking in the front after the first night. The host left a notebook with a lot of recommendations for restaurants and also offered to answer any questions. It was a great stay."

"When I arrived at the home it was very nice on the outside. I went in with my daughter in law and my grandson. We started putting our bags and groceries down. My grandson picked up a ballon that was on the floor and that’s when we noticed. There was pet hair everywhere all over the floor, furniture and the bedrooms upstairs. "We stayed one night. Neighborhood was quiet and appeared safe. It’s an older home but the owners have made a lot of improvements. The mural in the living room is very nice! Host was responsive. There is an early check-in fee for those wondering. I recommend to park in the back parking area, there is enough space for two vehicles. Access to it is in an alleyway behind the home.
