Newport getaway

Our family spent a lovely week at Za’s house in Newport RI. The house is very well appointed, exceptionally clean and well presented. The check in and check out process was seamless, and our host was communicative and helpful. The pool was a big hit with our family, while there are some lovely beeches within a 5 - 10 minute drive. We had a great time, and would happily vacation here again.

A Perfect Ten!

The house, the amenities, the hosts, everything was perfect! It truly was as described - a little oasis with a beautiful outdoor pool and gorgeous backyard landscaping. If we ever head back to Newport, this is where we'll stay!

Our stay was great. The location was perfect. The weather was another story, but we made the best of it! My only complaint….. no garbage bags and perhaps more body wash and shampoos in the shower. Other than that….it was wonderful! The house was beautiful and enough room for all of us!! Thank you!

Amazing Find

We went to a wedding in Newport for the weekend and found this amazing home. It seemed to be to good to be true, but when we got there, the place is beyond what the pictures show, It's a 2 minute drive to Newport and you can take Uber/Lyfts there for $8. The whole house was super cool (Temperature) and the pool was amazing and the night swimming was the best part. One of the best experiences I've had in a while.

Great stay for a wedding weekend! House offered all the amnesties and comforts of home with my family as we gathered together for a wedding in Newport. Accommodations were clean and nicely decorated with plenty of space for our family of five.

Great Newport Location!

We had a great time staying in Za's house. 100% as advertised. Centrally located. Close to downtown Newport and all beaches. And, if you need a break from the sand, we loved the pool! Za and his team were super responsive.

Beautiful Home

The house is beautifully decorated inside and outside. The pool was a major reason we rented this location, but it was unfortunately not working properly for the first few days of our stay (no compensation was offered). The house was well stocked with kitchen ware, and comfortable bedrooms. It is a little confusing at first to find, but trust GPS and mailbox on main road. Overall it suited our needs well.

Despite the unfortunate weather this weekend, we had the best time in this home! The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and communication with the host was excellent. We didn’t want to leave and hope to stay again someday!

Almost perfect

Beautiful home, great location, but a few downsides as well. The home is really nice, but had a mold smell to it and I am super sensitive to that. Didn’t bother my husband, but it did me. The house itself is very clean, so assume the mold smell is in the basement. Our trip was wonderful and the house was well equipped and was almost perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and nice high end appliances. The outdoor space was gorgeous and lots of birds. Very peaceful and tranquil. The owners requested no shoes in the home and we kept saying how clean the floors are because neither of us had any dirt on our white socks. This home is well cared for and you will love staying there. If you have a mold sensitivity, be careful and I might have just caught it when there had been a lot of rain recently. It was almost a perfect trip. I recommend this home to anyone that doesn’t have mold sensitivity issues.

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained. The children loved the lower level to hang out and play games while watching TV. The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. We would love to return again maybe during the summer so we can enjoy the pool and outdoor area.

More than just "a home away from home"

1) The house was spotless, well decorated, and well stocked in terms of supplies. It felt very welcoming. It was nice and cozy to stay there. We especially liked the breakfast area and the living room. 2) The kitchen was absolutely well stocked! yes I mean it! It had everything we needed and more to make a family dinner for 8 people. 3) The updated bathrooms were very clean! you can only find those towels at high end hotels. 4) The location was excellent. It was very quiet and the neighbors seemed to be nice people. It is located near nice restaurants (Le Bec Sucre and Anthony's Seafood Restaurant) as well as shopping for groceries. Was a quick drive into downtown Newport. Overall it is an ideal place to stay for family vacations! We would definitely recommend this house.
