We've found that the homes that we usually stay in have window units and floor heating, so we loved having central air/heat after we figured out how to change the settings so that the temperature would stop changing at timed intervals. The lockbox to retrieve the key was slightly difficult to open and requires two hands, but still manageable after a few tries. Very easy access to main roads and all necessary stops such as groceries and gas. House was well appointed with lots of cookware, spices (we added some, as well as cooking spray,) and utensils. TV in one of the bedrooms was a nice addition. The beds and pillows are so comfy that I almost offered to buy them. We come to CT every year to visit my stepson and usually stay at the same two properties, based on availability. We will now be booking earlier to ensure that we can stay here. Only complaint is that on the first night, the upstairs occupants walked around a lot in the middle of the night, and the floors creak. They weren't stomping at all, just creaking wood that woke us up. We didn't have neighbors the rest of our stay. My only suggestion would be to stock more TP for extended stay guests, and provide instructions for the shower and thermostat. My first encounter with a bath faucet like that... took a minute or two to figure out how to switch to shower from bath water. Overall a super stay!
