Charming Studio Cottage located on Easton's Point
- Excellent Easton's Point location, just off Tuckerman Avenue. Charming cottage located on a quiet street walking distance to Easton's Beach, 2nd Beach, numerous restaurants, and Newport's scenic Cliff Walk. Only a short driving distance to downtown Newport, several historic mansions and Bellevue Avenue.
This studio style cottage is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood adjacent to an owner-occupied dwelling. It is ideal for a single person, couple or small family (max. 1 older child) coming to enjoy a lovely, relaxing vacation in the Newport area.
Due to the structural set up of the rental (stairs and loft) and the safety of guests we can only have older children, aged 12 and up traveling with their families.

Great little cottage, perfect for our stay. Many interesting things to explore on foot and easy access to the more "touristy" areas by car. Don't forget to pet the cat.

This was such a cozy place to stay! Much closer to Newport than we realized, which was great! Very walkable and plenty to do in the area. One of those places you’d want to visit again. Joan was an attentive host!

Highly Recommend
I highly recommend staying here! It’s clean, easy to check in/out and the host is friendly & helpful. The cottage is located minutes from the beach and is a short drive to all that Newport has to offer.

Wonderful weekend getaway
The property was beautiful and quaint it was perfect for our weekend away for our daughters college graduation. It was our first experience with VRBO and it was perfect, would definitely do it again.

This cottage is perfect for a single person or a couple looking to be close to Newport but in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It is a short walk to 1st beach and a few restaurants and shops and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newport. Joan is lovely and very accommodating. I will definitely be back!

Perfect, quiet getaway.
The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The best part was walking to the edge of the water, sitting on the rocks and watching the waves. Very convenient drive to downtown, mansions, Cliff Walk etc.

Wonderful stay
We stayed in this cozy cottage for three nights to attend our nieces wedding. It is close to all the Newport activities. It was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, quiet home every day! The host that we met was such a lovely lady. We’ll have to come back to Middletown and stay in this cottage more often in the future!

Quiet, close, and CHARMING
Property is exactly as it appears on the vrbo site. Joan was so easy and a delight, she thought of everything in this adorable studio. Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood-easy access to downtown Newport. Lovely beaches to explore close by. It was just outstanding!!

Great cottage!
The location was perfect, short walk to beach. Also short walk to some restaurants and short drive to downtown Newport. Cottage was clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. Joan was great and made check in and out easy! Would love to return!

Perfect retreat
The little cottage was the perfect spot to relax, refresh, and renew while celebrating a friend's retirement. The hosts are very accessible and gracious. The cottage is clean and cozy.
There is a wonderful welcome cat and yard bunnies! The back yard seating area is a perfect place for morning coffee.
Would recomment this cottage to others!

Nice little cottage next to owners home, quiet residential area, can walk or bike to beach or the restaurant area. Full size frig, oven and microwave, etc. Comfy and convenient. Friendly and helpful owner. We would stay here again.

What a delightful charming, Cottage. Location was Phenomenal. I felt like I was a fairytale such a Quaint ,cute Cottage Not to mention it was immaculate. Everything looks brand new and sparkling. Wonderful!
We had the good fortune to stay in this charming cottage while we were in Middletown for a family wedding. From the booking process till checkout, the experience was excellent. Joan and Tony were warm and gracious and shared fascinating stories about the property’s history. The unit itself is fantastic! Immaculate. comfortable, and quiet are only three of the adjectives that describe this slice of paradise. We hope to return some day. Thank you both for sharing your space with us!
