"Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!"

"This place was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for. While being so close to the city it did feel very secluded. We spent most of our time on the back deck and in the hot tub. It was a great experience.We also enjoyed the record player and small collection of vinyls as we got around each morning. The bed was very comfortable as well.
