Based on the online listing we were very excited for our stay. We were a group of 15 college friends, all women over the age of 65. When we arrived we were surprised to find that the sleeping accommodations were not accurately represented online, with 18 of the beds being either bunks or trundles. We spent the first 1.5 hours of our stay rearranging room assignments to make everyone comfortable. The 4 bedrooms with the bunk beds were so small that when we used the pullout trundle, there was no room to walk or store luggage. Disappointing and a stressful way to start. We preassign rooms specifically to avoid this scenario.The property was extremely dirty. The floors were filthy and in many bathrooms tiles were loose or broken. The furniture was stained. There was water damage and loose drywall on the ceiling in one of the kitchens. One of the pullout sofas, which we needed to use was broken and never repaired during our stay, even after a maintenance call. One of the showers was unusable due to a broken plumbing fixture. The rooftop is a lovely space but looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, covered with leaves and debris.Prior to our arrival, the hosts seemed great and communication was good. Once we arrived we had communication only with the mgmt co which was not good. When they asked for a 5 star rating, I explained why we couldn't do that. I received a response from an admin asst that simply said they were sorry but happy we still had a good time.
