Welcome to Captiva house, a home with so much to offer. Walk into a spacious main floor with an open kitchen and stainless-steel appliances. You can't miss the dining area with a farmhouse style table featuring a bench and views out the many windows. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 4 stools at the kitchen island extending your dining seating to 10. The living room leads to the screened porch to extend your space even further or even just fresh air! Let the kids enjoy their space as well, the basement is perfect for imaginations to grow and explore.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Have a seat in the screened in porch or around the custom-built fire pit. The complementary golf cart is available seasonally for your convenience.

Located in Beachwalk Resort just a short walk to the amenities and the beach.

PARKING
2 parking spaces along the street in front of the house. Please do NOT park in the sand or in front of the neighboring homes. Nearby overflow parking lot for additional cars.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Captiva House rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
