Comfortable Stay in a Safe Place

Me, my husband and our 4-year-old enjoyed this safe and comfortable property. Ana was a great host who responded promptly to our questions and even recommended a close place to cater our Thanksgiving meal.

I highly recommend this place to stay while visiting Aventura/Miami, Fl. If you are looking for a very clean , very spacious , and a beautiful place to stay, look no further! You are also close to Starbucks, shopping, beaches and great restaurants! Our host, Ana has amazing hospitality and check in & check out was so easy and worry free! I would stay again in a heart beat!

Condo convenient, secure, clean but the big plus was the prompt communication! Texted response was immediate any time I reached out with a question. Plenty of parking and with card easy to get in and out of building. did not access pool of exercise room/. Only feedback was instructions for use of pod coffee pot would be helpful. Already recommended to others!

Awesome Stay!

This property is in a great, secure location between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. It is close to the FLL airport as well as beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It is exactly as shown in the photos and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Parking is readily available. The owner has paid attention to details both in décor and comfort. The linens are a nice thread count and the mattress is cozy. The unit is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach (cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels) as well as small conveniences like information for tourists, a safe, a channel guide, laundry detergent and an umbrella for those FL rain showers. Communication with Ana was a breeze and she was super responsive. Our stay was as close to perfect as possible at a [non-hotel] property without an on-site staff to attend to immediate needs. I suggest adding more washcloths and replacing the pillows but those are minor tweaks and certainly not deal-breakers. I would definitely return to this property and recommend it to others planning to visit the area! Thanks for an awesome stay!

From the spotless & beautiful space, to the very comfy king bed, this place couldn’t have been better! The owner is very friendly & a very thoughtful hostess. We had all we needed in this place and the security at the building is top notch. So much to do in the area and 5 mins away from the worlds best beaches. We LOVED this place!

Fantastic apartment and location

We have recently stayed at this apartment and loved every minute of it. The pictures are just as it is and it’s done to a really high standard. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the host Ana was always available to contact should you have any questions. The location was perfect for both Miami Beach and also up the coast to Boca Raton or Delray Beach. I would recommend this apartment and can’t wait to come back. Aventura Yacht Club Condo.

From initial booking all the way to departure Ana was superbly helpful. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos, spotlessly clean and the bottles of beer in the fridge were most welcome after a stressful day travelling. Problems with my phone connection meant we had trouble getting in to the condo, but after managing to contact Ana at a very late hour she arrived promptly to let us in, many thanks again. The Yacht Club is very nice and has very good security, so we felt safe at all times during our stay. Lots of places nearby, if you have a car, to visit. We can recommend doing a bus and boat tour of Miami as you'll go to and see places you may miss on your own. It's pricey but worth it. We can't recommend this property highly enough or Ana's very prompt response to everything we asked. Perfect start to our vacation.

Ana was so helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The pool area was relaxing and comfortable. The proximity to great shopping, dining and beaches was perfect. We were able to travel into Miami as well as up to Ft. Lauderdale with ease. The central location made it simple. We will be back!
